How do I book an interpreter?

Trained interpreters are available and can be requested through the court registry.

If your case is listed at Melbourne or Moorabbin venues of the Children's Court

To request an interpreter for a case to be heard at the Melbourne or Moorabbin venues of the Children's Court, please complete the Interpreter Request Form and send to the court via email at melbourneregistry@childrenscourt.vic.gov.au or fax (03) 8601 6720.

If you need assistance with your booking, contact the Melbourne registry on telephone (03) 8638 3300 or Moorabbin registry on telephone (03) 9090 8031.

If your case is listed at another venue of the Children's Court 

If you require an interpreter at another venue of the Children's Court please contact the registry at the relevant court location.
