Court User Satisfaction Survey

If you have recently attended the Melbourne, Broadmeadows or Moorabbin Children's Courts or the Melbourne Conference Centre, you are invited to participate in the Court User Satisfaction Survey for 2018.

The Children's Court of Victoria is interested in the views of all court users on a range of topics such as the people you met, court processes, safety and security, the court building and facilities and communication and technology. It will take about 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and will not impact on either an outcome in court or how you are treated at court. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. There are no right or wrong answers, it is very important for us to learn your opinions to assist the Court in planning improvements.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Please be assured that no personal identifiers, such as your name, will be sought. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.

The survey is available for completion online until 25 May 2018.

Should you have any enquiries in relation to the survey, please email feedback@childrenscourt.vic.gov.au
