The new Case Management System (CMS) release for Child Protection has gone live, effective 23 October 2023. This will allow external parties to interact with the Courts digitally, leading to improved access to information and efficiency.
The new CMS provides a secure, self-service, online portal and enables users to:
file applications, reports and documents
access case information, including hearing details
draft and submit proposed minutes of consent orders electronically
tentatively schedule next hearing dates
obtain authorised court orders.
To support users with the transition to the CMS Portal a number of supports have been put in place including onsite support at court locations across the state, as well as a number of support materials including instructional videos, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) which can be accessed on the CMS Help Centre.
