Seymour Court remains closed until further notice. All Seymour hearings will be conducted online or in person at Shepparton court. To arrange an online hearing, or if you cannot attend online or in person, contact Shepparton court on 9087 5723.

The role of the Children's Court
The Children’s Court of Victoria is a specialist court with a Family Division and Criminal Division. The Court has jurisdiction to hear and determine cases involving children and young people including criminal, child protection and intervention order matters.
