The Children's Court recognises that many communities have been impacted by the recent devastating bushfires. People affected by bushfires can apply for alternative arrangements for their court matters.
Children's Court sittings have commenced for 2020 and the Court understands that people affected by the bushfires may need to make applications to change or adjourn hearing dates or make other requests in relation to proceedings.
